Kumla Indianerna Speedway — New changing room boosts comfort and functionality

The changing room is where teams and coaches come together to psych themselves up and prepare for the day’s race, match, or tournament. So it was something of an honour when Intrx was asked to fit out a new changing room for Indianerna – Kumla’s very own ‘Indians’ speedway team.

A motorcycle sports club was first founded in Kumla back in 1936 – and it would become one of Sweden’s most successful. Eighty-seven years later, in the spring of 2023, Intrx had the privilege of fitting out a brand new changing room for the Indians speedway team. The project was a collaboration with Fibo, Entreprenadsystem, PO:s Akustikmontage and Norlux Lighting, and the results are certainly something to be proud of.

We designed the changing room with both functionality and comfort in mind. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a space that’s both practical and pleasant for the team members. The new changing room is not only a place for changing clothes, but also an important part of the team’s identity and solidarity. With modern facilities and well-considered design, we have created a space that inspires and motivates, where the team can prepare for each competition in the best possible way.
