From classic classroom to creative conferences. Here at Intrx, we decided to take a brand new approach when refurbishing our conference room. The result is an accessible environment that’s optimized for collaboration and brainstorming.

We can’t hide the fact that we’re extremely proud to present our newly fitted conference room at the Kumla offices.

The room previously had a classic classroom layout, complete with straight rows of tables and an overhead projection system. Today, we can instead welcome employees, customers, and partners into a space that feels innovative and inviting.

The conference room’s seating has been rotated 90 degrees, so that attendees can see our exhibition through the large glass panels. Meanwhile, the stage and presentation area are suitably located centrally.

The furnishing has been carefully selected and the tables, with their unique shape, enable attendees to chat in roundtable format and listen to talks from the slightly raised and accessible stage. All in all, the room can accommodate 60 people.

General and atmospheric lighting is now stylishly packaged in ceiling tracks, allowing flexible, dimmable lighting options in two zones.

The new conference room at Intrx is an inspiring space – ideal for brainstorming sessions, strategy meetings, and creative workshops. With modern technology, comfortable seating, and sleek design, we provide a setting that promotes productivity and collaboration.
